Jump! allowed the user to enter a large amount of personalized data that was translated into customizations for calendars and email. I felt much of this information was too complex for a user who was just being introduced to the service, so I redesigned the signup pages to make the whole process more simple. I split the pages into shorter, easier steps to allow the user to register quickly, then spend time customizing their account when it was convenient for them.
Clockwise was the original name for the Jump! product.
